1. Services Provided

Elite Chauffeurs provides luxury transportation services, including airport transfers, city tours, inter‑emirate travel, corporate transport, and hourly chauffeured services. All services are provided based on availability and are subject to our booking terms and policies. Our fleet consists of premium vehicles, and all chauffeurs are professionally licensed and insured.

2. Booking and Payment

To book our services, customers must provide accurate and complete information, including flight numbers for airport transfers. Payment for all services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers.

For airport pickups, we offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time (tracked via flight data). For all other pickups, complimentary waiting is 15 minutes. Additional waiting time is charged at AED 1.50 per minute.

3. Cancellations, Changes and No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least one (1) hour before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than one hour before pickup, or failure to appear within 30 minutes (60 minutes for airport arrivals) of the scheduled pickup time, will incur the full fare.

Any changes to a confirmed booking (e.g., different pickup time, vehicle upgrade) are treated as a new booking and are subject to availability; original cancellation terms apply to the initial reservation.

4. Pricing

Our prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking. All quoted prices include applicable taxes, tolls (Salik), and standard waiting time unless otherwise stated. Hourly bookings include a mileage allowance of 40 km per hour; extra kilometres are charged separately.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure they are available at the scheduled pick‑up time and location. Any changes to the booking must be communicated in advance.

Elite Chauffeurs is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as traffic, weather, road closures, or flight delays beyond our tracking capabilities.

Child seats must be requested at the time of booking (provided free of charge where available). Passengers are expected to behave respectfully; smoking is prohibited inside vehicles, and any damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the customer.

6. Liability

Elite Chauffeurs is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss that occurs during the trip, except in cases of proven negligence. We take all necessary steps to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers, but we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including missed flights, lost personal items, or business interruptions.

Any personal items left in the vehicle will be stored for 30 days; we are not liable for items that cannot be recovered.

7. Insurance

Elite Chauffeurs maintains comprehensive third‑party liability insurance for all our vehicles, as required by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and other UAE transport authorities. However, we recommend that customers obtain their own travel insurance to cover any personal loss or injury during the trip.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information only to process bookings and provide services. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments to Terms

Elite Chauffeurs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels. By continuing to use our services after the amendments, you agree to the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE. Our services comply with all applicable regulations of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and other relevant authorities.
